The main idea behind 22 Consulting is that every individual is born with certain skills that need to be developed throughout their life. This theory also gave 22 Consulting its direction when it came to recruitment. However, due to underestimating external circumstances our initial aim proved to be impossible, or at least not efficient enough hence we decided to further optimize our inputs and expand our network of partners.
